1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RocketAMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RocketAMS is an Amazon analytics platform that helps Sellers and Vendors:

• Connect and manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts
• Automate the fetching of sales, inventory, and traffic reports
• Store and analyze business data
• Schedule automated report generation
• Export data for further analysis

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Amazon Account Connection

By connecting your Amazon account to RocketAMS:

• You authorize us to access your Amazon data through Amazon's SP-API
• You confirm you have the authority to grant this access
• You agree to comply with Amazon's terms and policies
• You understand we will store and process your Amazon data as described in our Privacy Policy

You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Developer Agreement
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byRocketAMS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption or data loss due to Amazon SP-API limitations or changes.

9. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF DATA RETRIEVED FROM AMAZON'S API.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketAMS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
